Some people have HIGH standards but are actually NOT that difficult to handle.

They DON'T NEED many things to be satisfied. They want ONLY what they find basic values not to be compromised.

And if it happens that you fail majorly in delivering those, you might think it’s not a big deal because there are other people who are ready to pay the price and come to your hotel.

BUT, HUGE BUT, bear in mind, those guests will be more COMPLICATED to serve exactly because they don’t have high standards over specific values but everything and anything. It's kind of like an "I will just because I can" attitude.

And it's a different MINDSET you will be dealing with. CHOOSE your battles. Stick to polishing certain standards and values OR be the genie in the bottle for the guests who just look more relaxed until... What are the things your guests highly appreciate?
