Don’t FAKE to be part of some popular movement if you’re not honestly into it. Just because you think it will bring you more guests and money. 


One thing is to do BEAR MINIMUM which law requires from you. But it’s completely different to claim you’re DEVOTED to something that you’re NOT. 


This happens with sustainability. Even when hotels practice it, they do it strictly in ways that lead to money savings. But don’t use it as a huge highlight in your marketing. 


Much better impact will be to choose the cause you are PASSIONATE about and sell guests on that. What greater cause does your hotel support?
