“New York luxury, New Jersey prices.”
“Luxury for the wise, not the wealthy.”
“Luxury has just had seggs with affordable, and then gone straight to sleep.”
“Modern travelers have more important needs than chocolates on pillows.”
This hotel promises affordable luxury in prime locations.
Their guests value the feeling of luxury and beauty but don’t care about the front desk, concierge, bellhops and doormen so this hotel eliminated those.
They also don’t spend much time in the room, so this hotel reduced it, but still care about king beds, fine linens, fluffy towels and great showers.
The hotel even adds iPads for temperature, light and TV control. Moreover, you’ll be asked to choose your favorite art when booking and its digital version will wait for you on the TV.
First thing to do upon arrival is a self-check-in on kiosks. And if you need help, find one of the hotel ambassadors who can help you find room or make you a cocktail.
You won’t be told when to eat because the canteen is open 24/7 serving fresh pastries and coffee.
You can always relax or work in an artwork-covered living room, work from a bright and modern meeting room or have a drink on the elegant roof bar.
The character of the hotel is seen in many small things like pens which beg you to steal them or hilarious signs all around the hotel.
It’s a complete experience, right to the point to answer the needs and wants of their guests.
It’s an innovation in the hotel business models.
Note: These stories are here to inspire. However, we are not saying their realisation is perfect.
