Every owner needs an outside perspective but NOT from traditional consultants.

Of course you need traditional consultants too. Just not in this role. And this one is crucial.
You want someone who cares for the project almost as much as you do, thinking like an owner, who knows just enough of everything, has crazy ideas to brainstorm and knows everything on how to make hotels be talked about, not afraid to impose to other teams what’s in the best interest of yours.
This is specific skillset and I am proud to have it.
