What do great reviews look like?

Some reviews are good but some are amazing.
Those amazing ones act as your best sales persons.
Recently I discovered one beautiful restaurant. Big promise but simple solution. In the middle of the green market. Modest. All made from scratch.
I went to check online reviews of course.
People wrote reviews with the passion of trying to explain the remarkable experience they had in the restaurant. They were practically convincing other people reading it, not to skip it.
There were comments about people’s experiences in many others more elegant and fancy restaurants, explaining they are food lovers and how high their standards are, but they’ve never experienced something like this.
And it wasn’t one comment but twentyish like those.
I was about to say this is the best marketing which is free of charge. But it’s not.
This one is maybe even the most expensive. You’re not paying with money, but with your presence and love every day while serving your actual customers.
And that is beautiful.
