It is when you concentrate more on market research and competition, that you are not sure what your unique concept is.
One-of-a-kind doesn’t mean inventing something super special and exaggerating certain experience.

For example, don’t bring alpacas to your property because you saw someone did it. That person already had an alpaca farm so that was authentic and natural story for their hotel.
